About Recoup 360

Jhané Garner MS, LAT, LMT, ATC

Jhané Garner is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer who specializes in emergency care, recovery services and sports rehabilitation. She is also a certified and licensed Massage Therapist. Jhané graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Trainer and a minor in Health Sciences. She received her masters degree from Florida State University in Sports Management. Throughout her career, Jhané has completed 2 internships (both collegiate and professional football) and received 3 Athletic Training awards and 2 Athletic Training scholarships.

“I started this business to simply bring awareness to how essential body recovery is to the athletic population who lack such resources to stay healthy. My job is to get my clients to be the best version of themselves by resetting their mobility, regaining their range of motion and restoring their bodies!”

Jhané was born and raised in New Orleans.
